When you have rain forest shower head, you should provide a cap. I noticed the high quality towels, in contrast with the poor quality soaps and the lack of a shower cap.
We asked for softer ones, but what they brought was not substantially better. The bed was comfy with nice, high quality linen, but the pillows were overstuffed, felt like trying to sleep on a ball. I don't want to give them ideas! The room was nice, right size for a couple, had a small fridge and coffee maker. I know most hotels in Las Vegas charge 'resort fee' for these things. The pool towels, lounge chairs were great and best of all they come free. The hot tub jets were a little too strong, after a few minutes felt like they poke a hole in your back. The pool was crowded - but that is normal - and the bar seemed nice, inviting and reasonably priced. That was great, I spent most of the afternoon in the pool and the hot tub. Knew the check in time is 4:00 PM, but I asked if there is a room ready earlier and we got one in the North Tower overlooking the swimming pool, (4th floor) checked in just around 1:00. This time we took advantage of the complementary free night in the hotel offer we got in the mail.
We usually come to the casino only for a day and return home for the evening.
