I created a Penn Wallet and stored my credit card information in the wallet. It was a pre populated response that did nothing to correct my problem. I have been trying to get a resolution for months with either no response at all or the times I have gotten an email back it was very clear the rep did not take the time to read my issue to be able to address it correctly.
Do not expect to receive assistance of any kind for any type of issue you may have with this app or its promotions.
